Silhouette is made of high quality 70% chocolate and each of its 90 little cubes contains psyllium seed husk, which can help control hunger with its water absorbing capacity. For this reason, Silhouette chocolate always needs to be followed by at least 200 ml water. The psyllium seed husk mixes with the water and swells up in the stomach, which results in reduced hunger before eating and promotes the absorption of nutrients from food at the same time. Recommended daily intake: 3 cubes of Silhouette chocolate + 2 to 3 dl of water.
