Silhouette is made of high quality 70% chocolate and each of its 90 little cubes contains konjac glucomannan powder, which can help control hunger with its water absorbing capacity. For this reason, Silhouette chocolate always needs to be followed by at least 200 ml water. The konjac glucomannan powder mixes with the water and swells up in the stomach, which results in reduced hunger before eating and promotes the absorption of nutrients from food at the same time. It is one of the greatest weight loss tools.
Recommended daily intake: 3x2 cubes of Silhouette chocolate before main meals + 2 to 3 dl of water
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
